Complete Bungalow Roof

Hassocks Bungalow project, adhering to NFRC specifications. This project involved a full-scale renovation including the replacement of the roof, vertical tiling, and two flat roofs. Starting with a complete strip-off, the project featured the installation of Tyvek breathable membrane, factory-graded battens for tile fitting, and new fascias and soffits to enhance the bungalow’s exterior. A transformation of the dormer roof to a crown top, alongside the use of Sandtoft grey plain tiles and meticulous chimney re-flashing with new lead fittings, elevated the property’s aesthetic and structural integrity. The inclusion of a vented soffit and ridge line ensured optimal airflow, while a three-layer felt system on flat roofs guaranteed durability, culminating in a comprehensive upgrade that revitalised the bungalow with a blend of functionality and style.
