This project featured the meticulous installation of counter battens, Over Fascia Vents (OFV), and breathable membranes, alongside the use of premium Westonland slates and Redland Anthracite ridge tiles for aesthetic appeal and longevity. Adhering to NFRC-recommended specifications and incorporating custom leadwork by Sussex Lead Work, this project exemplifies Cornerstone’s commitment to excellence, blending innovative roofing techniques with the natural beauty and architectural integrity of Ditchling residences.
